How to pay

The Easy Online Payment System

Go Cardless simplifies regular payments for both the customer and the company by means of a direct debit through your bank. By completing the instruction form, you enable seamless payments without any ongoing effort required on your part. Once your Direct is set up, payments that become due can be easily applied for, and will only be taken after the agreed work has been carried out. Go cardless can be used for one off services as well as regular maintenance work. Its as easy as 1,2,3.


No payments are applied for if the work due has not been completed as we trigger the process after the work has been carried out.


How It Works:

  1. Direct Debit Setup: Fill out a direct debit instruction form to grant permission to apply for payments.
  2. Invoice Notification: After every clean is completed, you will receive notification with an invoice of the agreed payment amount and notification we will be applying for payment
  3. Automatic Debit: The payment will then be debited from your account 3-5 working days later.

Credit / Debit card

For ad hoc services, you can conveniently pay by credit or debit card either in advance or at the time the work is carried out. We accept all major credit and debit cards displaying the Mastercard or Visa logo.


Please note that we cannot accept card payments for regular scheduled window cleaning. For these services, we request payment using our easy online payment system with direct debit, ensuring a seamless and automatic payment process.

Cash

Cash payments are accepted if the customer is available to settle the balance upon completion of the service. However, if the clean is carried out in the customer's absence, we cannot accept cash at a later date. This policy helps minimize administrative costs, which we do not wish to pass on to the customer.
