There is no need for you to be at home for us to clean your windows. We can clean all agreed external windows without your presence, ensuring you can go about your day without interruption.

However, for this to be possible, we do ask that you ensure any gates or access points are unlocked on the day of your scheduled clean. This will allow our team to carry out the work efficiently and without delay, if we are unable to gain access safely we will be unable to clean the areas that are restricted.

Our regular window cleaning service uses a combination of purified water and market-leading Reach & Wash cleaning systems, ensuring that all windows of your property are thoroughly cleaned, leaving you with a perfectly clear view through the glass from within your home.

Purified Water Process:

• The purified water we use is thoroughly filtered through five stages and transported in our own van’s storage tanks.
• This water is pumped to your windows through a specialist cleaning pole to the cleaning brush heads, designed to effectively agitate and lift dirt from the glass and surrounding frames.
• Our cleaning brushes are tough on dirt but gentle on glass, ensuring a scratch-free cleaning experience and sparkling clean windows every time.

Rinsing Process:

• After your windows are soaked and washed, they are rinsed with more purified water, washing away all the dirt without leaving streaks or residues.

Safety and Environmental Benefits:

• All work is carried out from the ground, maintaining upper floor privacy and eliminating the risk of ladder accidents.
• We do not use harsh chemicals for regular window cleaning, as purified water effectively cleans without harming the environment or local wildlife.

Yes, as a result of the water that we use, all windows are left to dry naturally. Unlike regular water, our purified water lacks the minerals present in tap or bottled water, preventing marks remaining on the glass once the evaporation process is complete.

This purified water will dry naturally without leaving any streaks or spots, making it unnecessary to manually dry the windows.

You will be sent a text message the evening before your clean to enable you to prepare for our arrival the following day by making access available to usually secured areas. 

Regular Payments:

• Regular payments are made by Direct Debit via an online system called GoCardless.
• You will be notified on the day your windows have been cleaned, and the payment will be deducted from your account within 3-5 days.
• All payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme operated by all major banks, ensuring your transactions are secure and protected.

Additional Services:

• Payments for additional services can also be settled via GoCardless.
• Alternatively, you can pay for these services in advance or on the day using a card displaying the Visa or Mastercard logo, or with cash.

We love dogs! However, we kindly ask that they are kept inside during your cleaning service. Many dogs enjoy playing with our hoses and chasing water, which can damage our equipment and distract our team and interfere with the cleaning process. Keeping your pets indoors allows us to focus on delivering the highest quality service without any interruptions. 

We understand that weather conditions can vary, and we strive to provide our services as consistently as possible.

Cleaning in the Rain:

• While we try to avoid cleaning in the rain, it is not always possible to do so.
• We can still clean in light rain and showers. The purified water we use ensures that all dirt is washed away when we rinse your windows, and they are left to dry naturally so light rain will not affect your windows

Wind Conditions:

• Light winds do not affect our work. However, if the wind picks up to an unsafe speed, we will postpone the cleaning for safety reasons. In such cases, we will arrange a new date for your clean.
